Our Team Leaders

Paul Landes

Paul leads our strategic planning training and founded High Aim Resources in 1990. He has helped hundreds of clients with their strategic planning over more than two decades with many returning for updated plans over time.

The majority of Paul’s business career was as Project Manager for high volume residential homebuilders in Arizona, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. His “hands on” management experience has been valuable to his consulting practice. “Hands on” experience coupled with constant study has been the formula for the development of effective methods of consulting.

Paul is heavily involved in community causes and served four years as President of Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County. He also served two years as President of Bucks/Mont NARI.

Paul earned his BA in Secondary Education at Arizona State University in Tempe Arizona. He is a certified facilitator for Total Quality Management earning that distinction from the Total Quality Institute.

LeeAnn Bergey

LeeAnn is the founder and managing partner of The Bergey Consulting Group since 2006 with a focus on partnership issues as well as strategic planning. Prior to that she was involved in the automotive, commercial truck and tire industries as a member of the boards of directors and held various officer positions for the Bergey’s organization which was founded by her grandfather, Norman L. Bergey.

She has served the community on various public, private and nonprofit boards and committees. LeeAnn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University and her Family Business certifications from Wharton. Glenn Nemath

Glenn Nemath brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience, with decades of successful leadership across a variety of industries. He has owned and led several businesses, including Eagles Peak Spring Water and Nemath Building Service. Additionally, Glenn has demonstrated exceptional skill and insight in real estate investments, overseeing a portfolio of successful ventures and providing expert guidance in property acquisition, development, and management.

Throughout his career, Glenn has consistently excelled in scaling businesses, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing profitability. His hands-on experience in managing and growing diverse enterprises has equipped him with a unique perspective on strategic business development and long-term sustainability. Glenn’s commitment to innovation, coupled with his extensive knowledge in both construction and real estate, allows him to offer invaluable advice and support to organizations seeking to transform their operations and achieve sustained success.

Katrina Stutzman

Trina Stutzman is a former sports coach turned author and seasoned executive coach, with extensive experience coaching leaders serving in healthcare, education, ministry and corporate roles. She started Trina Stutzman, LLC in 2008, and has been empowering leaders through the years to focus on the relational side of business, starting with the relationship with self.

Trina is a passionate promoter of well-being and personal growth, her holistic approach encourages personal development as a foundation for effective leadership, making her a sought-after guide for those wanting to grow both personally and professionally to scale their business.

Trina is a graduate of Ursinus College and holds numerous certifications, including Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute. She studied for three years at the Kairos School of Spiritual Formation and is a trained lay minister through the Stephen Ministry International. She is also a trained Reiki Master. Trina has served in her community as a church leader and program coordinator for Sisters U. Trina is a parent of four young adult children and enjoys the arts, biking, gardening, and spending time with her loved ones!
